Home: Welcome

About Me:

"I have a strong sense of urgency to contribute to the underprivileged society that I have been a part of my entire life.  I know all my life experiences allow for a unique perception and a voice that I feel needs to be heard.  I represent diversity; I am a product of this country; I’ve overcome adversity and struggles; I am determined, motivated and driven to make this country and world a more tolerant place with a more authentic depiction of its diversity. Most of all, I refuse to allow my daughter to inherit the same social standards that I was left to inherit."
